  • 100 grams Beef
  • 100 grams brown rice
  • 4 slice Chorizo
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 Tortilla wrap
  • 10 grams Corriander

Directions

    Chop up your ingredients to your preferred style.

    Add spices/salts/marinades of your choice to the beef.

    Boil your rice till its soft to chew, take a testing sample using a fork.

    Fry up your vegetables, then fry up your beef & chorizo.

    wrap the meat and vegetables into the wrap.

    Wrap the wrap, with some foil and warm up in the oven for a few minutes (around 5-10mins) on a medium-low heat.
