  • 3 small tubes buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine or butter (4 oz.)
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix cinnamon and white and brown sugars. Roll each biscuit in this mixture. Stand biscuits upright in well-greased Bundt pan, one at a time. Pour remaining sugar mixture over biscuits. Melt margarine (butter) and pour over biscuits. Drop ice cream by teaspoonfuls over the biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
