  • 8 oz. cream cheese, chunked
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • graham cracker crust

    Put all ingredients into blender.

    Use honey according to taste (1/2 cup makes it very sweet).

    Blend less than a minute, or until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into crust and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
