  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Pour part of the oil in pan.

    Mix remaining oil and rest of ingredients together and pour into pan.
