- 2 cup Pretzels
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 16 oz Light Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Water (boiling)
- 1 envelope Gelatin
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 Lemon (zested)
- 21 oz Cherry Pie Filling

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In a food processor, pulse 2 cups of pretzels three to four times until a rough chop is achieved.

3You want a mixture of crumbs and chunks.

4Stir melted butter into pretzels until mixed thoroughly.

5Spoon equally into cupcake tray with cupcake liners in it.

6Fill each about halfway and place in oven for 15 minutes.

7While pretzel crusts bake, stir gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest together until sugar is completely dissolved.

8With a mixer or beaters, mix in cream cheese until smooth.

9When pretzel crusts are done, spoon the cream cheese mixture equally into the cups and place in the refrigerator.

10Let chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

11Remove and top equally with spoonfuls of cherry pie filling and serve.
