  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
  • 2 cans stewed or chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
