- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a 2-quart microwavable dish, cook hamburger and onion, covered, for 6 minutes on High.

2Break up hamburger; cover and cook 4 more minutes.

3Drain grease.

4Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

5Stir, cover and cook 5 minutes.

6Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on High or until melted.
