  • 3 or 4 slabs of ribs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer (unseasoned)

Directions

    Wash ribs well.

    Sprinkle black pepper and meat tenderizer on ribs.

    Wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. 4
    Place in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours.
  5. 5
    When ready, place on grill and sprinkle seasoned salt on them.
  6. 6
    Good for in or outdoor cooking.
