  • 1 pkg. frozen Chinese stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 c. water
  • soy sauce to taste
  • salt
  • cornstarch
  • 1 can chow mein noodles or rice, cooked

Directions

    Let frozen veggies thaw in pan and add 1 cup water.

    Let boil 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce to your own taste.

    Salt to your taste. Thicken with cornstarch and serve over noodles or cooked rice.
