- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 2 (11 ounce) cans minced clams, with liquid
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, mexican style
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 12 cup finely diced celery
Directions

1Add celery, liquid from canned clams and corn into a large sauce pan or dutch oven.

2Heat on low till the celery begins to soften.

3Add clams, corn, potatoes and half and half.

4Continue to heating at medium to low.

5Do not bring to a boil and stir gently.

6Simmer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
