  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans minced clams, with liquid
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, mexican style
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 12 cup finely diced celery

Directions

    Add celery, liquid from canned clams and corn into a large sauce pan or dutch oven.

    Heat on low till the celery begins to soften.

    Add clams, corn, potatoes and half and half.

    Continue to heating at medium to low.

    Do not bring to a boil and stir gently.

    Simmer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
