  • 2 c. Baker's coconut

    Press evenly in 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a slow oven (300°) until light brown, 30 to 35 minutes or brown coconut mixture lightly in skillet for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Fill cooled crust with ice cream, a cream or chiffon filling.
