Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's golden corn soup
- 3/4 soup can milk
- 1 small can Carnation evaporated milk (optional, may use extra regular milk)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/4 c. carrot, diced
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or cook 3 slices bacon and use the drippings
- crumbled bacon (if you have any)
Directions

1Saute the veggies in bacon drippings.

2Mix the soup and the milk and evaporated milk together and heat; add the sauteed veggies and heat through; don't boil.

3Serve in big soup cups. Makes 3 large soup cups or 4 small ones of chowder.

4Crumble bacon atop each as you serve the soup.
