- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped, drained pimiento (buy small jar)
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Empty soup into a small saucepan.

2Add sour cream and pimiento and mix until smooth.

3Cook over low heat, stirring until it is good and hot.

4Take off heat and add sliced eggs and salt and pepper, too.

5Serve over rice or squares of corn bread.
