Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. coconut (if desired)

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except coconut, into blender in the order given.

    Blend about 1 minute.
  3. 3
    Pour into buttered 9-inch pie tin. Coconut may be sprinkled on top, if desired. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
