Ingredients

  • 15 12 ounces pinto beans
  • 15 12 ounces black beans
  • 15 12 ounces kidney beans
  • 15 ounces corn
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cansdel monte diced tomatoes (Basil, Garlic and Oregano flavored)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 ounce hidden valley ranch salad dressing
  • 1 ounce old el paso taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb deer sausage (or ground beef)

    Brown meat in a stock pan.

    Drain meat.

    Add all ingredients to the stock pan with the meat.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hr.
