  • 1 (12 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. crushed American cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) frozen fish sticks
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Break up potatoes; set aside.

    In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.

    Stir in potatoes and cheese.

    Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Arrange fish sticks atop.

    Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set.
