Quick Fish-Potato Supper

- 1 (12 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed American cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) frozen fish sticks
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Break up potatoes; set aside.

2In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.

3Stir in potatoes and cheese.

4Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Arrange fish sticks atop.

6Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set.

7Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
