  • 8 whole Corn Tortillas
  • 8 pieces Frozen Battered Fish Filets, Baked As Directed
  • 1/2 cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise, Light
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Chunky Salsa
  • 1 package (14 Oz. Package) Cabbage, Finely Shredded
  • 1 whole Lime, Sliced Into Wedges

Directions

    Cook fish fillets according to the package directions.

    Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, combine garlic and salsa.

    Spray a small saucepan with non-stick cooking spray and heat.

    Warm tortillas individually and keep warm inside a towel.

    To the center of each tortilla, add one fish fillet, a spoonful of white sauce, a spoonful of salsa and a small handful of cabbage.

    Serve each taco with a lime wedge.
