  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel brand or extra sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • oil

Directions

    Dip cheese in combined eggs and milk; coat with crumbs. Repeat dipping and coating.

    Fry in deep hot oil (375°) for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
