  • 1 large can fruit pie filling
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.

    Pour over the melted butter.

    Do not stir.

    Pour pie filling in middle of mixture but do not stir. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.

    Serve warm.
