  • 3 c. fruit
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Prepare fruit and put in pie shell.

    In bowl, beat eggs lightly and blend in sugar, flour, cream and vanilla.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
