- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar plain spaghetti sauce
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet and drain well.

2Stir in next 4 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to package but use 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

3Drain.

4Layer half of the noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam.

5Then repeat layers.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
