Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles (1 lb. if 4 noodles per layer)
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, brown beef chuck, onion, garlic and oregano.

2Add soup, water and vinegar.

3Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. In shallow 12 x 8-inch pan, arrange 3 alternate layers of cooked noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Let stand 15 minutes.
