- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick coating.

3Mix Ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, parsley and garlic. Pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of pan.

4Arrange 1/3 noodles in pan so that they touch, but do not overlap.

5Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over noodles.

6Top with 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese.

7Top this with 1 cup of sauce, 1/3 of the noodles, the remainder of the cheese mixture and the rest of the Mozzarella cheese.

8Add another cup of sauce, another layer of noodles and the remainder of the sauce.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake, covered tightly with aluminum foil for 1 hour.
