- 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground White Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt To Taste
- Paprika, For Garnish
Directions

1Slice eggs lengthwise.

2Place yolks in a small bowl and set aside the whites on a tray.

3Mash the yolks with a fork until thoroughly broken up.

4Add the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, white pepper and suger and mix well.

5Taste the mixture and add salt, if needed.

6Spoon mixture into the egg white halves (you could use a piping bag, if desired).

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Chill covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
