- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. whole oregano
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook manicotti shells according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.

2Saute ground beef and garlic, stirring to crumble beef, until beef is no longer pink; drain off pan drippings.

3Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to skillet.

4Stir well.

5Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.

6Arrange shells in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano. Pour over manicotti.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

10Uncover and bake 10 additional minutes.
