  • 2 c. uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 3 Tbsp. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 6 oz. raspberry jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

    Toast oats in shallow pan at 350° for 10 minutes. Combine with sugar and butter.

    Press 3/4 of the oat mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
