- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
- 3 Tbsp. walnuts
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 6 oz. raspberry jello
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

1Crust:

2Toast oats in shallow pan at 350° for 10 minutes. Combine with sugar and butter.

3Press 3/4 of the oat mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
