  • 1 can low fat chicken broth
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup prepared vegetarian spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2/3 cup minced onion or leek
  • 6 halves sun dried tomatoes cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 3 large fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 1 thick halibut steak cut in 1 inch squares. (Be sure to remove all skin and bone).
  • 1 cup shrimp (cooked or uncooked)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (or scallops cut in fourths)
