- 1 can low fat chicken broth
- 1 can water
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup prepared vegetarian spaghetti sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
- 2/3 cup minced onion or leek
- 6 halves sun dried tomatoes cut into thin strips
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 3 large fresh basil leaves finely chopped
- 1 thick halibut steak cut in 1 inch squares. (Be sure to remove all skin and bone).
- 1 cup shrimp (cooked or uncooked)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (or scallops cut in fourths)
