- 1/2 pkg. pasta curls (green, white and red), prepared as on pkg. drained and cooled
- 1 bag California-style frozen vegetables
- Hidden Valley salad dressing or prepared Italian dressing
Directions

1Bring vegetables to boil and turn off heat.

2Let vegetables set in pan until cool and drain well.

3For the best salad, vegetables should be tender, but not completely done.

4Combine cooled pasta and vegetables with dressing (a little or a lot depending on your preference).

5Marinate overnight.

6Before serving, add thinly sliced fresh mushrooms.
