Quick Peanut Brittle

  • 1 (12 oz.) can salted peanuts
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Grease a large cookie sheet. Spread peanuts on cookie sheet. In a 2-quart saucepan, stir together remaining ingredients. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Boil gently over medium heat for 14 minutes.

    Remove from heat and pour over peanuts.

    Cool and break into pieces.

    Store in tightly covered container.
