- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Heat milk to boiling point.

2Place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk.

3Blend at low speed one minute.

4Stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles.

5Pour into pot de creme cups and chill several hours before serving.
