- 4 cup steamed white rice (better if cooked 1 day prior, rice needs to be completely cool )
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 frozen peas and carrots thawed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Add onions, garlic and butter to a wok.

2(Or skillet) Saute for 5 min.

3Medium heat

4Add chicken and cook on medium heat thoroughly.

5Scramble eggs in a separate pan and set aside

6Add rice, vegetables and stir until everything is completely mixed up and cooking on medium-high.

7Continue cooking for 5 minutes then add soy, sesame seeds and salt and pepper.

8mix well and stir in eggs.

9Reduce heat to low and serve immediately.

10Note: you can use more soy sauce if desired.
