- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 -2 slice fat free deli meat, sliced into bite sized pieces or shredded
- 1/4 cup shredded fat free cheese
Directions

1Put rice and water in microwaveable container, cover with paper towel, and cook until steaming.

2Drain water and add cheese and meat.

3Do not cover.

4Place back into microwave for about 30 more seconds (give or take depending on your microwave).

5Cheese should be somewhat melty.

6Mix with fork and eat.
