  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.

    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.

    Add flour, alternately with mixture.

    Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins.
