Ingredients
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- flour (approximately 5 c.)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, salt and half of flour; mix well.

3Add oil and remaining flour.

4Mix until smooth; knead. Place in a greased glass bowl.

5Cover and let rise 2 hours (oil top first).

6Put on a floured surface and knead in more flour.

7Shape rolls and put in a greased muffin pan.

8Let rise again.

9Bake at 400°.
