Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large box lime jello
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped cherries
  • water

Directions

    Drain and save juice from pineapple.

    Add enough water to the juice to make 3 3/4 cups.

    Heat the juice and water and dissolve the jello.

    Place cream cheese and jello mixture in a mixer. Blend until smooth.

    Stir in sugar, pecans, cherries and pineapple.

    Chill until set.
