  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick meat cure salt
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. peppercorns
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Mix all together; mold into 3 rolls.

    Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Unwrap and bake on a rack in pan in a 300° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
