Quick Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 each tomatoes can, whole, drained
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 each garlic clove, minced
- 1 each green chili peppers can, chop, drain
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 x salt
- 1 x red hot pepper sauce tabasco sauce, or louisiana hot sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

2Process very briefly until the salsa is mixed but not too smooth.

3Taste and adjust seasonings.

4If possible allow to sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

5This recipe can be made in about 2 minutes in processor.

6It can be used in any recipe calling for Salsa Cruda; best in cooked dishes.

7Makes excellent enchilada sauce.
