- 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 1 can light cream
- extra sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. white cooking wine (optional)
Directions

1Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish.

2Mix all other ingredients in pan on top of stove until melted together.

3Then pour over potatoes and cook at 350°, covered, for 1 hour; uncovered, until browned on top.
