- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix well the hash browns, 1 cup flakes, sour cream, onion and mushroom soup.

2Place in greased baking dish.

3Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, then 1/2 cup melted butter poured over, then 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
