- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves

3Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using meat mallet.
