- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 12 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions

1Cut asparagus into one-inch sections.

2Add olive oil to skillet and saute mushrooms until just tender.

3Drain juices.

4Add asparagus and cook for another 3 minutes; stir while cooking, and add broth as needed for moisture.

5In the meantime, cook pasta to desired doneness.

6Drain pasta and top with vegetables.

7Then sprinkle cheese (and pepper flakes, if desired) over the top.
