Quick Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- herbs to taste (dill, chives, marjoram)
Directions

1In blender container, combine eggs, milk, butter, biscuit mix, salt and pepper.

2Blend for a few seconds.

3Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

4Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, onion and herbs. Bake at 350° (325° for glass pan) for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

5Cool 10 minutes before cutting.

6Serves 4 to 6.
