  • 4 None eggs, lightly whisked
  • 15.75 oz ramen noodles, cooked, drained, chilled
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 8.75 oz mixed vegetables, shredded
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Directions

    Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over high heat, add egg and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins, or until lightly browned and cooked. Set aside and let cool.
