- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green cabbage head
- 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Fry ground beef in a large skillet until brown.

2Pour off fat. Cut cabbage into 1-inch cubes and soak in water.

3Add sugar and soy sauce in the skillet with beef and add the cabbage pieces on top.

4Add 3/4 cup of water.

5Cover and cook until cabbage is tender, about 12 minutes.

6Stir while it cooks twice.

7Serve with rice.
