- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- bread flour (up to 6 c.)
Directions

1Mix yeast, water and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes, then add salt and bread flour, two cups at a time.

2Mix thoroughly. Add more flour, two cups at a time, until dough comes away from sides of mixing bowl.

3Grease bowl; place dough in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

4Let rise until the dough doubles in size.

5If you don't use all the dough, punch residue down and put in refrigerator, covered with plastic.

6Roll dough in 4-inch circles and dip in sesame seed.

7Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
