- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour (plain)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 can any sweetened fruit (peaches, blueberries, apples, etc.)
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in a deep baking dish.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.

3Pour batter in center of margarine.

4Pour can of fruit in center of batter (Do Not Stir).

5Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until brown.

6Serves 6 to 8.
