  • 18 vanilla wafers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can (22 oz.) pie filling (any flavor)

Directions

    Place 18 paper cupcake liners in muffin tins.

    Put one wafer in each liner.
  3. 3
    Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Spoon into each liner until 3/4 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.

    Let cool, then spoon pie filling onto each.
