  • 13 cup natural cane sugar
  • 14 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 14 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 12 cup quinoa
  • 1 12 cups raspberries (or blackberries or blueberries)

Directions

    In large bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, eggs, milk and lemon zest until blended.

    Stir in quinoa flakes.

    Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with raspberries.

    Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set at center and golden.

    Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
