- 13 cup natural cane sugar
- 14 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 14 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 12 cup quinoa
- 1 12 cups raspberries (or blackberries or blueberries)
Directions

1In large bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, eggs, milk and lemon zest until blended.

2Stir in quinoa flakes.

3Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with raspberries.

4Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set at center and golden.

5Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
