- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin, I do not use
- 12 teaspoon ground oregano
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 18 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions

1Combine quinoa, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano and 2 eggs.

2You should have a dough like mixture, if not add another egg.

3Heat a large skillet or large griddle over medium high heat.

4Lightly oil skillet with vegetable oil.

5Make a 1/4 inch patty out of 1/4 cup of the quinoa mixture.

6Place on griddle/skillet.

7Repeat to make 7 more patties.

8Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

9Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
