  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Grated Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa (3/4 Cup Uncooked)
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Cream together the sugar and butter. Add in the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in the quinoa and nuts. Pour into separate small ramekins or 1 large baking dish. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the mixture is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
